Cancellation of registration fee

  • Before 1 February 2022 - 100% less $50 administration fee
  • Before 1 April 2022 - 50% less $50 administration fee
  • After 1 April 2022 - not refundable

Cancellation of workshop fee

  • Refunds will be issued only if the booking is re-sold.  Less $50 administration fee

The Australian Sewing Guild does not impose any Covid-related restrictions.  However, we are subject to any rules imposed by State or Federal government.  If borders are closed, travel is restricted, or vaccinations are required, the following applies:

Cancellation due to Covid-19 travel restrictions

  • Registration, workshop fees and Gala Dinner tickets will be fully refunded should border closures restrict travel outside your State.
  • If vaccination is a condition of entry to the event premises (Twin Town Resorts), and you are not able to comply, registration, workshop fees and Gala Dinner tickets will be refunded as follows:
        • Before 1 March 2022 - 100% less $50 administration fee
        • Before 1 May 2022 - 50% less $50 administration fee
        • After 1 May 2022 – not refundable

Cancellation of 2022 Convention

  • In the event the entire convention is cancelled registration, workshop fees and Gala Dinner tickets will be fully refunded.

For all cancellations notify convention@aussew.org.au.  Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
