• Before 1 March 2024 - 100% refund less $50 administration fee
• Before 1 April 2024 - 50% refund 
• After 1 April 2024 - not refundable

Cancellation of workshop fee

• Before 1 March 2024 - 100% refund less $50 administration fee
• Before 1 April 2024 - 30% refund 
• After 1 April 2024 - not refundable

Cancellation of sewing machine hire

• Fully refunded

Cancellation of 2024 Convention

• In the unlikely event the convention is cancelled registration, workshop fees, sewing machine hire and Gala Dinner tickets will be fully refunded.

For all cancellations notify convention@aussew.org.au.  Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
