Although prominent shoulder blades are sometimes mistaken for a rounded back, there is a subtle distinction between the two. You'll also learn the proper pattern adjustments for addressing this specific concern.

Most importantly, you need to be able to join a ZOOM meeting. Here is a user guide that will explain what you need to know. Some parts of this document may not be relevant to you i.e. meeting participants DO NOT need to create a ZOOM account, nor do they need to know how to schedule a meeting.
When you register, you will receive the information you need to join the ZOOM meeting. You will also receive a document with instructions for pre-workshop preparation.
