Registration fee

Your registration fee includes all classes, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, and the Gala Dinner on Saturday evening.

Please note that some classes may require the purchase of a materials kit to complete the project. The cost of these kits is additional and is payable directly to the tutor.

4-day early bird ticket (up to 30/09/2026) - $680

2-day* early bird ticket (up to 30/09/2026) - $500

4-day full fee ticket - $780

2-day* full fee ticket - $600

IMPORTANT: Please complete your registration before selecting your classes. A booking code will appear on the tickets emailed to you, which is required to make your class bookings.

Booking classes

Go to the Convention classes page to view a schedule.  Click the class name to view a full description and make your booking.

Where applicable, the tutor will contact you to arrange payment for the materials kit and provide any additional information required for the class.

Limits are set for each class so be sure to book early so you don't miss out.

Sewing machine hire

A limited number of sewing machines will be available for hire, at a cost of $60 per day.  Purchase a ticket for each day you require a machine.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration fee

• Before 30 August 2026 - 100% refund less $50 administrationfee
• Before 30 September 2026 - 50% refund
• After 1 October 2026 - not refundable

• In the unlikely event the convention is cancelled, registration fees and sewing machine hire charges will be fully refunded.
